2. MAKE A RESERVATION
Pay the reservation fee of ₱ 40,000.00 for the house and lot of your choice over the cashier in our office where we will issue the Official Receipt. The Buyers's Information Sheet, Contract to Sell and other documents will be given to you for signing. Please bring a valid ID and your TIN Number with you. Our office accepts credit card, cheque, bank transfer and online payment.

3. PAY THE 7.50% DOWN PAYMENT IN 11 MONTHS
After 30 days, pay the monthly down payment of ₱ 37,655.09 for 11 months at 0% interest. If you want a ready-for-occupany house, you can settle the full DP amount (including the lump sum in #4) in cash and get up to 8% discount so you can move in as soon as possible. A list of requirements to be submitted will be provided to you and our team of licensed and accredited professionals will guide you in every step of the way.

4. PAY THE 2.50% LUMP SUM OF ₱ 151,402.00 ON THE LAST MONTH
Pay the remaining balance of ₱ 151,402.00 to complete the down payment.

5. BANK FINANCING BEGINS AND THE HOUSE IS YOURS!
After the down payment period, bank financing commences. The monthly amortization is ₱ 40,637.25. For your convenience--even if you are living abroad--our team will assist you in getting a housing loan. Our partner banks include PSBank, RCBC, BDO, UCPB, CBS, Security Bank and China Bank.
